About
Hi, I'm Michele - founder of Little Still Space.
A place where little bodies find calm and the adults supporting them feel empowered.
I'm a primary school teacher with nearly ten years of experience across Ireland, the UAE, and Australia. I've spent years in classrooms watching children navigate big emotions in a world that moves far too fast for their little nervous systems - and often, without the tools to help them feel safe, steady, and seen.
Our Story
Little Still Space was born from my own wellbeing journey. Through breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and nervous system regulation practices, I found a sense of calm and self-awareness that genuinely changed my life. As I healed and grew, I couldn't ignore the gap I saw every day in schools - children carrying so much, with so few tools to help them process it.
I knew something had to change. So I decided to build it.
As a trained breathwork facilitator and primary school teacher, I've created Little Still Space to bridge that gap - offering wellbeing support for children and the grown-ups who walk alongside them.
Every resource is designed by a teacher, with children in mind - I know what they need, and just as importantly, I know what they actually enjoy and engage with.
I also run workshops for parents and teachers, because the adults supporting our children deserve these tools too.
Why Little Still Space?
Because every child deserves to feel safe in their own body. Because regulated adults raise regulated children. And because stillness - even just a little - can change everything.
